We have 2 cottages for rent on Chebeague Island.

This is an older classic Maine cottage, built around 1920, and offers comfortable, and easy-going charm, with spectacular views of Chandler’s Cove, and out to sea. It has 5 bedrooms (1 double, 1 double+twin, 1 2-twins, 1 twin, 1 twin: total 7 beds), and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with at least 2 lobster pots, a comfortable living room with wood-stove, and a dining room with a piano that is occasionally in tune. The deck overlooking the ocean is mostly covered with a roof, so rain or shine, all you have to do is show up with a good book to read.

The other cottage is brand new, built in 2008. The house sits on 4 wooded acres, has a sandy beach-front, and looks out over Hope and Cliff islands. The cottage was built with all Maine materials, with cedar shake siding, and knotty pine walls, floors, and cabinetry. It features 4 bedrooms

(1 queen master, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 2-twins: total 5 beds), and has 3 full bathrooms.
