Rental Terms
Deposit: $100 refundable deposit holds your spot until January 31, 2010. One-half the rent is due by February 1, 2010, and is non-refundable unless we can re-rent that time. Balance payment is due 30 days before your rental period begins. If the time to your rental period is less than 30 days then the entire payment is due. In the event you do need to cancel, we will do our best to try to re-rent the time, but a refund is not guaranteed.
Cleaning / Damage Deposit: $200, refundable upon a tidy inspection by the housekeeper.
Housekeeping: The Friday before you leave, the housekeeper will clean the house (even if you leave on Saturday, that’s the only day she can do it!) The day you leave you must put your linens in to the washer, and the drier if possible. (When you arrive, you will probably need to remove the linens from the drier for your use.)
All dishes need to be washed, or at least started in the dishwasher. Trash needs to be put in the outside garbage can .
No pets allowed.
No smoking in the house.
